Ingredients:
1 dark chocolate cake mix (I used devils food cake)
1 (16 oz.) container dark chocolate frosting (I used chocolate fudge frosting)
Chocolate sprinkles, cocoa, cinnamon and powdered sugar(or whatever else you want to roll them in!)
Prepare cake mix according to directions; cool. Crumble cake into large bowl and stir in frosting completely. Form each bon bon into a bite-sized ball and place on parchment lined tray. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least one hour. Let bon bons sit at room temperature until the outside is barely tacky. Roll each ball in your choice of coatings. Enjoy!

Wow, I am surprised you made them so fast. They look good, I watched the segment but have never had bon bons. I hope things are still going ok for you, I've been thinking about you, let me know if you need anything.
I love how they are so pretty too. I'm so glad you found this one. It's my kind of recipe.
They look yummy I am so glad you found the recipe I am going to have to try them.
So did you watch the Bachelor and eat bon bons. I love a bon bon and here is my favorite recipe. You really have to try them, they really are the best things ever. And PS I don't like GTU but I saw this recipe on their website so I will have to try it. But you have to try this really unhealthy recipe!
1 package oreo cookies (including the cream center)
1 8oz. package cream cheese (softened)
white chocolate bark or chips
Crush cookies in blender and stir in softened cream cheese. Use the back of a large spoon to help mash the two together. Roll the mixture into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet & stick in freezer for at least an hour. Melt chocolate as directed on the package and then dip balls into chocolate, tap off extra and set aside on wax paper covered cookie sheet to dry. You can sprinkle the tops with crushed cookies for decoration or leave them plain. Once dry, refrigerate and enjoy! Makes about 36 truffles.
WOW!!! you are REALLY pregnant!!!
So I was running on my treadmill when I saw this same segment on GTU(he he he). I totally bought all the ingredients today while wandering Wal-mart. Good to know that they are easy and delicious. I bought triple fudge and regular choc. frosting, hopefully they won't be too overpowering. But they look so yummy.
PS- that oreo one really is the BEST. I don't make them very often because I really will eat 20 of them.
You didn't make me any??? Looks yummy, I'll have to give it a try.
