We have decided to open Libbi's blog to allow all to read it. We felt at first when we didn't know a whole lot, to have it be private but feel it is ok now to open it. There are so many people who care about us, and lets be honest, it's a pain in the butt to 'log in' every time you want to read! 29 quirks about Kurt!

Tomorrow Kurt will catch up to me again and turn 29! For 3 weeks every year I am older than him, and he LOVES it! He loves to tease me, tell me i'm looking old, treat me like an elderly women (which at this point, i think the elderly women move better than me) etc. etc. I honestly think it's his favorite 3 weeks of the year! To honor his birthday this year here are 29 things/quirks about him! I know you may be bored reading all 29 but he deserves this, he is the best!!
1. He is the greatest dad and hubby around
2. He takes Koy everywhere with him, hunting, working, wherever he goes, Koy goes.
3. He loves his little 'princess' and scratches her back EVERY night for her. She has him wrapped around her finger for sure!
4. He wakes up WAY to early in the mornings, always has, always will.
5. BUT he goes to bed WAY to early as well, he hasn't seen 10:30 in YEARS! (seriously)
6. He loves meatloaf, but only his mom's recipe
7. He loves Matlock, and sadly enough he has got me hooked as well
8. He will help anyone with anything anytime. He is a truly charitable person.
9. His hands are smaller than mine!
10. He has a crooked nose, his mom is to blame... and a baseball..
11. He has had shoulder surgery 2 times but seems to do very well now.
12. He is the hardest worker i've ever seen, not only at work but at home as well
13. He loves flag football in November.
14. He will not wear anything that is 'new' or 'in fashion' His grandpa's sweatshirts are his favorite! We really just threw out an old pair of Girbauds a couple years ago.. Not kidding!
15. He loves a project, whether it's at our house or yours, he loves to create new construction.
16. He's never been skiing, but loves to water ski
17. He likes to hunt big game (deer, elk) still deciding which is his favorite, archery, muzzle
loader, rifle??
18. He drinks only water and occasionally gatorade.
19. He isn't a big fan of sweets.
20. He enjoys (well maybe not enjoys) running and ran the half marathon last may and beat me by 2 seconds, that's something i'll never live down
21. He loves the Broncos, BYU and the Jazz.
22. He loves Rocky, and has all 6 movies.
23. He will NOT eat or smell broccoli or mushrooms. If they 'accidentally' get put on his plate out to dinner, i have to immediately remove them.
24. He snores extremely loud (YES YOU DO!!!!)
25. His garage and basement are very organized, he has even been teased and asked why things aren't alphabatized.
26. He likes to keep to himself, and avoids any drama
27. He secretly likes my shows, like The Bachelor and Desperate Housewives. He'll deny it til the day he dies, but he does!!! :) He doesn't stay awake long enough to ever finish them but always asks me the next day what happened.
28. He loves sports and Koy but refuses to coach him in anything
29. He treats me like a queen and lets me do whatever I want (which can be bad) but i appreciate it!
He really is the greatest guy in the world. I am so lucky to have him in my life and so are my kids!! Happy Birthday Kurt!!! Love you!

Really?

Ok so this is a family blog so i'll refrain from vulgarity but what the #@#$!!! I can't believe that this show was really real. It has to be fake. I have never thought that until tonight but after ump-teen seasons of The Bachelor, i think they needed a new twist. Unless Jason is a big fat butt, which is possible too! I loved Melissa and I hope she is just an actress and not a real girl with real feelings. Poor thing. And Molly, poor Molly, 6 more weeks and he'll dump her too! Pretty soon he'll come out of the closet and all the girls can move on with their lives! At the beginning of the season I did actually like him but no more! Stupid Jason. O and how exactly did the conversation with Ty (his son) go? "Um buddy, i know you really liked Melissa and i've been saying this whole time that it's all about you, but i dumped her for Molly, remember the bug eyed blonde that you didn't even talk to? Ya her. So you ok with that buddy?" Serioulsy. Maybe Ty is just an actor too, let's hope so! And by the way, i do like Molly, her eyes are just a little big!! Pretty smile though! Stupid show. I'm sure i will be tuning in again when Melissa is the new Bachelorette!!

Only 2 more hours..

Well not really, 2 more hours until it starts, but then the show is 3 hours plus another hour tomorrow night.. Seriously, does ABC think we have nothing better to do than watch 4 hours of the Bachelor Finale? Come on get real, i have a life. Ha ha ya right, i'm so excited and I will be watching ALL 4 hours in detail!! My guess for the last chance guess off is.... Melissa!!, but then something weird will happen in the 'after the final rose' where he will end up with someone else.. maybe Molly, maybe Deanna, maybe someone is pregnant?? Only time will tell but you can bet it will be "The most dramatic season ever!!" I can't wait!! What's your guesses??
