Magical night

What could create these faces from Koy Dixon????

Anticipation??!??

Wonder??

Excitement like i've never seen before..

..and that happy smile of his that i don't see very often?

A ride to the North Pole!!! That's right, we rode the Polar Express to the North Pole where Santa was waiting to greet us! I am so happy we did it, it was a bit of a stretch because of the cost but i told Kurt this is the perfect year because both of them really, seriously believed we went to the North Pole. It was worth every penny! We will have to take Libbi when she is about 4 or 5 because it was honestly PERFECT! I said i don't think we can ever go again because it could never be as perfect as it was last night.

Here they are getting ready to board.

In our seats, ready for departure.

Elliot the Elf was our best friend. He wraps presents for Santa at the North Pole!!

We read stories, had cookies and hot chocolate, sang songs and just had a good time!

This is when we were about there, they were looking to see who could see the North Pole first.

More fun with Elliot

Santa gave them the first gift of Christmas, which was a bell, that Koy has not let go of. He's taking it for show and tell tomorrow. I've heard that Kindergarten is when kids start telling that Santa is not real. If that happens to Koy, i may have to hurt someone.

This is the ride back, we sang the 12 days of Christmas

Getting off the train. What a fun night!!

If you've never been i would highly recommend it at least once in your childs life. These ages were perfect! The only downfall was that Jerzi asked for a pink ds. What?!?! Koy wants one too, but he's been asking for a while so 'Santa' was prepared and shopped the day after Thanksgiving to get him one on a good deal! Gotta love kids!

Just tell them the truth about Santa...some kids don't believe, but if you don't believe, he doesn't come.

Then have Santa plan some kind of surprise that your kids think mom and dad could NEVER pull off....

What happened to the fish idea? My kids loved that Polar Express too. Looks like a fun night.

I've been wanting to take Jade there for a couple years, but it just hasn't happened. It's almost too late now. I'm glad you got to go...looks like fun!

How fun! I want to take my girls there! I think they are just a little to young yet!
Looks like my husband and Kurt shop at the same place! Very seldom do I see Bryce in anything other than hunting gear! LOL
