Another CF competition

Yes i know. We're addicted :) It's a good addiction though!! Last weekend we went to another crossfit competion. I couldn't participate this time and it was KILLING me! But it was also nice to sit back and watch while i sipped my diet coke :) Kurts team did REALLY well.. not sure of the standings just yet but i'm sure they were in the top 5. It was very inspiring to watch, as always. Next up..sectionals!! And Kurt is signed up!! YAY! This was a fun comp with just our gym. Good job Kurty!!!

His team, Shawn, Mailee, Kurt and Crystal (who also did cf mom her whole pregnancy, she was my inspiration! Her baby is now 4 months old)
