Aspirating..

Ok so after 3 months of congestion and coughing Dr Rose finally decided we should do something more with the little guy. We had a chest xray and some blood work done on Tues and his xray shows that he either has pnemonia or he has been aspirating! Dr says pnemonia wouldn't last that long, i took him first on May 24, so hes saying its the other. He thinks his reflux is so bad that he aspirates at night, getting junk into his lungs. AHH! I feel like CRAP! Seriously, i don't know how to else to explain it! I should take care of my kids and keep them safe and here is my BABY that has been sick for MONTHS and i had not a clue. The plan from here is some serious acid reflux intervention, he started him on revlan, prevacid and pepcid. He also wants me to start feeding him oatmeal or rice with every feeding, i guess it helps the formula from coming back up ?? And we also propped his crib up. Lets hope this helps the poor little guy. He is giving it a week, then if he doesn't sound any better we will take him to a specialist. O boy.. thats all i have to say for now.. O boy!
