Thanksgiving!

Well.. Thanksgiving was a little different this year. It started about 6pm the night before, with Libbi throwing up. I joined her about midnight, then Jerzi about 2am and Koy at 5am. No turkey trot for us this year! We played it pretty low key. No turkey, no yams, no pie.

We did however manage to look through the ads for Black Friday!

..and we were able to go witness the killing of the turkey, which i must mention, you should NEVER do, ESPECIALLY if you have a quesy stomach and/or have the flu!! After this it was the Heywoods turn. Aubree threw up, then their family... wow it was quite the flu bug!

All in all it was a fine day. Not the 'typical' thanksgiving day. But good. I was grateful for my family that day and always. And thats what matters most, not the turkey or pie!
