Today Koy played soccer and he had a blast, as always! The best part was that he kicked a goal kick and it went clear down the field into the goal!! The coach told him that was a record kick and Koy thought that was really funny, he kept saying all day, 'it was a record score!' He thought it was great, he was on cloud nine all day and was so proud of himself! I love to see my kids when they do something that makes them proud, it's so cute! He also kicked off and it went straight into the goal, but Kurt informed me later that it wouldn't count as a goal because nobody else touched the ball first. In our world it counted! It's so fun to watch him and to see how happy it makes him! I love it!! (I just learned the rules and terms of soccer tonight so I could post this so he can read it later in life, I never knew what a 'goal kick' was until tonight! Ha ha, I guess you learn alot being a mom!!)

Yeah Koy!!!! Wish his and Skylee's game wasn't at the same time so we could've been there :( Ya, and you learn a lot as a mom. I know EVERYTHING this is to know about softball!! Great job Koy or you TWO goals and the record breaking goal!!!
If anyone has ever seen Koy play soccer this is not a surprising event! He is awesome! I know nothing about soccer because my daughter was athletically challenged and my son despised soccer! I am so excited to learn a new sport! (from the sidelines of course). I need his schedule so I can attend the games! Good job KOY BOY!!
