Ok so part of the reason for the early New Years Eve night was because Kurt, Chase and Jana were competing in this CrossFit competition at 9am on New Years Day. Kurt had to find a new wife, because it was a girl/guy team, and obviously at 7 months pregnant, i was not an option. He asked Julie Boyer, and they had a great time!
This was everyone from our gym in the 9am heat. More teams from the Club competed at later times. Blake, Jacie, Chase, Jana, Tory, Chris and in front, Julie and Kurt
This is Chase and our crush, Chris Spealer. Yes i said OUR crush. We all love him :) He took 3rd in the CrossFit games, he is simply amazing. Look how little he is?? And he can lift some serious weight! He is also so humble and sweet from what i hear, i've never actually met him.
Doesn't it look like Kurt is having sooo much fun??
Koy even got into it a bit! He came and watched, did some box jumps and pull ups while he ate his Mcdonalds hashbrowns :)

Top left is Chris S again, then Blake B, Julie B and bottom right is Julie and Jacie doing their pull ups. They both PR'd max rep pull ups (Julie 25, Jacie 24), as did Jana (21)! Good job girls, i knew you could do it!!
CrossFit the Club took 2nd place out of all the gyms there! (I think about 10) They all did so good and it was really fun to have an excuse to just watch this time :) Next time, i'm in!
