22-6 Another upseting game! Our boys just can't pull off a win! They play tough, they make few errors, they are just young. We have all 1st year players on our team and every team we've played has at least a few 2nd year players. We are young, but tough, and motivated. Next year will be interesting to see how they do. I suspect good things.
Kind of just a proud mama moment this game.. before we even ran our first play the coaches on the other team started yelling 'watch 17-make sure you get 17' 17 is Koy! They has clearly seen him play before and knew he was the one to keep their eye on! They also hardly ran any plays to his side. He normally has a lot of tackles, this game he didn't have but 1 or 2 because they knew to not run towards him. The other coach even told Kurt after the game that #17 is a good ball player :) Now one might say i'm being silly, but this is my blog, therefore my journal, and i want to remember this, as well as I want Koy to read it one day. He IS a good ball player, and i'm not the only one that thinks so. I'm very proud of him, he will do great things, in ball, school and every other aspect of his life. He is a great kid.
