I took off for the weekend and met up with the crew in Denver at the CrossFit Southwest Regionals! It was a nice little get-away!
This was my favorite tatoo.. and yes there were LOTS! I got teased quite extensively over this picture, but when Matt Chan is #1 in the world, they'll all be jealous i have this!!! :) I loved the heart tattoo. Of course.
This is team CFTC. They did great. 6th place overall! Way to go team!
