This sums it allll up!
We participated in the Crossfit open again this year. The kids even did 13.2 in the basement! 150 wall balls and 90 double unders.
We did well! I was happy with where i placed i ended up 11th out of girls at the Club.
And seeing as the first 4 are the girls that actually compete in the games, i felt pretty good about 11!
I think in the region there were 3200 women, and i was 624!
Kurt did well too, im not sure of his exact standings, but i know he killed it!
Next up: Regionals first of June in SALT LAKE this year!! Crossfit the Club has a team again, and i'm feeling pretty confident that they will make the games this year! They have to be top 3 at regionals, the last few years they've been 4th or 5th. Its our year!!!
