The key to the Temple!

We were lucky enough to be invited to a special fireside last Sunday at the home of Scott and Julie Dixon, our aunt and uncle. There were only about 30 people there so it made it pretty special! The speakers were the Salt Lake Temple President and his wife, who also happens to be President Hinkley's daughter, Kathryn Hinckley Walker! They both talked but what they did was just tell us each of their life stories and then it came together in the end and they told us how they met. They have been married about 5 years, both of their 2nd marriages. They were the cutest couple, both so real and fun! They would tease each other just like we would with our spouses. Kurt's favorite part of the ENTIRE evening was the key to the Temple. President Walker pulled out the master key to the Salt Lake Temple and passed it around, letting all of us see and hold it! It was pretty neat! When I asked Kurt if he would have a picture taken with them (i asked because he gets embarrased easily at things like that) he said that he would if I would ask if he could hold the key in the picture! By the picture you can tell we both got our wish! It was a pretty neat experience, one that i'm sure we will never forget!

I think he was the sealer for Manny and I, I don't remember exactly what he looked like, but I do know our sealer was the SLC temple president. I'm sure that was a wonderful fireside, wish I could've heard it! Is that a key to every room or just the main entrance?
